program, participating uninsured patients can save 25% on all the dental
services we perform.

No claim forms to fill out, No maximum for benefits, No deductible,
No Insurance company denials of coverage, and No exclusion on pre-existing
conditions.
For those of you who are insured, we accept and bill
most insurance. We also honor all major credit cards and debit cards.
Additionally, we offer flexible payment options, like CareCredit®
financing, that are easier on the family budget.
After joining our program, you will get:
- A comprehensive oral examination, including any necessary X-rays,
periodontal evaluation and oral cancer screening
- A dental prophylaxis (cleaning) by one of our hygienists (including
fluoride for children)
- A second cleaning at six months for only five dollars
- All X-rays (except Panorex®) for the length of your membership
are free (Panorex® at reduced fee)
- And because it bears repeating, a 25% reduction

The patient and any other person responsible

for the free, discounted fee, or reduced fee, service, examination,
